Doctrinal
Statement |
 |
|
We believe in the Bible, both Old
and New Testaments, as the inspired,
authoritative, living Word of God. |
|
We believe that there is one living
and true God, eternally in three
Persons, Father, Son and Holy Spirit,
Who are co-equal and co-eternal. |
|
We believe in the deity of our Lord
Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, His
sinless life, His miracles, His death on
the cross whereby He took upon Himself
the sins of the entire world through His
shed blood, in His bodily resurrection,
His ascension to the right hand of the
Father and His imminent return to the
earth in power and glory and that He is
God's perfect man and man's perfect God.
|
|
|
|
We believe that for the salvation of
any person, regeneration by the Holy
Spirit through the Word of God is
essential; that individuals are
regenerated at the new birth, which is
initiated by repentance toward God and
faith in Christ and His substitutionary
death and His resurrection from the
dead. |
|
We believe than an individual is
saved by the Grace of God through faith,
not by works in any form and that
genuine faith expresses itself in
Christian works and spiritual graces.
|
|
We believe it is the privilege and
duty of every Christian to be filled
with the Holy Spirit, to live a holy
life and to be always ready for the
return of Jesus. We further believe that
each Christian should occupy and keep
busy in His will and in His service
until the Lord's return. |
|
We believe in the resurrection of
both the saved and the unsaved; the
saved unto the resurrection of eternal
life and the unsaved unto the
resurrection of eternal damnation. |
|
We believe in the spiritual unity of
all believers in our Lord Jesus Christ
in His fellowship and love. |
|
We believe that each born-again
believer should become a member of a
local church fellowship which is a
Bible-believing, Christ-teaching,
salvation preaching church actively
engaged in the work of our Lord; and
that the believer should serve the
Master in that body. We further believe
that it is the believers privilege to
win the lost to Christ through the power
of the Holy Spirit. |
